Turn Us Loose is a day when we ask our church family to set aside a few hours for practical service in our community. A lot gets done already, but we want to do more, so we are setting aside a weekend once a month for city outreach.
What kind of work? - Grounds Clean-Up
- Park Outreach, Food & Evangelism
- Nursing Home Visits

Who can serve?
Anyone
Do we need to bring anything?
Yes...
- Wear clothes you don’t mind getting dirty in with covered shoes.
- (For your safety, please do not wear sandals)
- Please bring your water, hat, gloves, rakes, shovels, hoes, etc.
- The on-site contact person will have trash bags.
- Please bring your Bible
- Tracts and Calvary Info cards will be available to give out
Come to the assignment tables in the amphitheater on Saturday, October 2 and Sunday, October 3.
How does it work?
- Come to the amphitheater on Saturday, October 2 and Sunday, October 3.
- Choose assignment and receive a detailed packet that includes:
- Assignment
- Address and Map
- On-site Contact Person
- Specific Assignment Details
- Sign Release of Liability Form
- All volunteers must sign form
- Then go serve the community in the love of Jesus
There will be Turn Us Loose t-shirts on sale for $3.
Food vendors will be on-site

OBJECTIVES
To make a mass statement to our community and to give our church the opportunity to serve as a team. We also hope some will find a place to continue to serve.
EXPECTATIONS
We are asking everyone to set aside a few hours to serve one Sunday each month.
OPPORTUNITIES
Assignments currently range from work days and graffiti removal to park outreach and evangelism.
